لِيَكْفُرُوا۟ بِمَآ ءَاتَيْنَٰهُمْ ۚ فَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

So that they deny that which We have bestowed upon them. Well, enjoy yourselves a little; but soon will you know.

[b]With the result that they deny that which We have bestowed upon them. Well, enjoy yourselves a little; but soon will you know.[1857]

29:67; 30:35.

Commentary:

The particle ل here expresses result or consequence. The verse means to say that the result of disbelievers’ setting up equals with God is that they begin to deny the favours which they receive from Him. But so long as they continue to be ungrateful to God they cannot hope to win His everlasting Grace. The verse warns disbelievers that God, out of His Mercy, averts from them His punishment time and again but if they refuse to mend their ways He would reject their prayers and punish them.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

تاکہ جو ہم نے انہیں عطا کیا ہے اس کی ناشکری کریں۔ پس کچھ فائدہ اٹھا لو تم ضرور (اس کا نتیجہ) جان لوگے۔

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

نتیجہ یہ ہوتا ہے کہ جو کچھ ہم نے انہیں دیا ہے وہ اس کا انکار کر دیتے ہیں۔ اچھا! تم عارضی (اور وقتی سامانوں سے) نفع اٹھالو اور (اس کا انجام بھی) تم جلد معلوم کرلوگے۔

تاکہ اللہ کے احسان کی ناشکری کرے اچھا، مزے کر لو، عنقریب تمہیں معلوم ہو جائے گا

So they will deny what We have given them. Then enjoy yourselves, for you are going to know.

تاکہ جو نعمتیں ہم نےانہیں دی تھیں ان کی ناشکری کریں خیر نفع اٹھالو آ گے چل کر معلوم کر لو گے
