وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَٰذَا مَا لَدَىَّ عَتِيدٌ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And his companion will say, ‘This is what I have of the record ready.

English - Five Volume Translation

And his companion will say, ‘This is what I have ready of his record’.[3875]

Commentary:

قرینه (his companion) may signify his evil companion, or the Satan, who has been called elsewhere in the Quran, man’s evil companion 4:39; 43:39, because it is at his instigation that man defies God’s commandments.

English - Short Commentary Translation

And his companion will say, ‘This is what I have ready of his record.’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور اُس کا ساتھی کہے گا یہ ہے جو میرے پاس تیار پڑا ہے۔

French

Et son compagnon dira : « Voici ce que j’ai, tout prêt, du registre de ses actes.

German

Und sein Gefährte wird sprechen: "Hier, was ich (von dem Verzeichnis) bereit habe."

Chinese

他的同伴将说: (“看吧!) 这是我已为他准备的 (记录)。”

Italian

E il suo accompagnatore dirà: «Questo è quanto ho pronto, registrato su di lui.»

Spanish

Su compañero dirá: “Esto es lo que he preparado del registro”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور[4] اس کا ساتھی کہے گا کہ ذرا اسے بھی دیکھیئے جو میرے پاس تیار ہے (یعنی اس کا اعمال نامہ)۔

یعنی انسانی اعضا یا فرشتے کہیں گے کہ اس کے اعمال و اقوال کا سب ریکارڈ ہمارے پاس موجود ہے اس لئے یہ کسی رنگ کا انکار نہیں کر سکتا۔ ہمارے ریکارڈ کو دیکھ لیجئیے۔ ساری بات آپ پر ثابت ہو جائے گی۔

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اُس کے ساتھی نے عرض کیا یہ جو میری سپردگی میں تھا حاضر ہے

English - Sahih

And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared."

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

اور اس کا ساتھی کہے گا یہ ہے جو میرے پاس تیار ہے (حکم ہوگ)

And (will) say his companion, "This (is) what (is) with me ready."

اردہ تفصیرِ صغیر نوٹس ^*

And his comrade shall say, 'This is what I have, made ready.'
