إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُم بَدَّلْنَٰهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Those who disbelieve in Our Signs, We shall soon cause them to enter Fire. As often as their skins are burnt up, We shall give them in exchange other skins that they may taste the punishment. Surely, Allah is Mighty, Wise.

English - Five Volume Translation

Commentary:

Medical science has now established the fact that the skin is much more sensitive to pain than the flesh, there being a larger number of nerves in the former. The Quran revealed this great truth about 1400 years ago by saying that the skin and not the flesh of the inmates of Hell would be renewed after being burnt up.

English - Short Commentary Translation

Those who disbelieve in Our Signs, We shall soon cause them to enter Fire. As often as their skins are burnt up, We shall give them in exchange other skins[619] that they may continue to taste the punishment. Surely, Allah is Mighty and Wise.

Medical science has now established the fact that the skin is much more sensitive to pain than the flesh, there being a larger number of nerves in the former. The Qur’an revealed this great truth about fourteen hundred years ago by saying that the skin and not the flesh of the inmates of Hell will be renewed after being burnt up.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

یقیناً وہ لوگ جنہوں نے ہماری آیات کا انکار کیا ہے ہم انہیں آگ میں داخل کریں گے۔ جب کبھی ان کے چمڑے گل جائیں گے ہم انہیں بدل کر دوسرے چمڑے دے دیں گے تاکہ وہ عذاب کو چکھیں۔ یقینا اللہ کامل غلبہ والا (اور) صاحبِ حکمت ہے۔

French

En vérité, ceux qui ne croient pas à Nos Signes, Nous ne tarderons pas à les faire entrer dans un Feu. Aussi souvent que leur peau sera consumée, Nous leur en donnerons une autre en échange, afin qu’ils puissent continuer à goûter le châtiment. Assurément, Allāh est Puissant, Sage.

German

Die Unseren Zeichen Glauben versagen, die werden Wir bald ins Feuer stoßen. Sooft ihre Haut verbrannt ist, geben Wir ihnen eine andere Haut, damit sie die Strafe auskosten. Wahrlich, Allah ist allmächtig, allweise.

那些不信我的迹象的人我即将使他们进入火狱, 每当他们的皮肤被火烧光, 我将给他们另一套皮肤, 以便他们继续尝受惩戒。安拉确是优胜者, 明哲者。

Italian

Coloro che non credono ai Nostri segni, Noi li faremo presto entrare nel fuoco. E ogni qualvolta le loro pelli verranno bruciate, Noi le cambieremo con altre pelli, sì che possano provare il castigo. Certamente, Allah è Potente, Saggio.

Spanish

A quienes no crean en Nuestros Signos los introduciremos pronto en el Fuego. En cuanto se les queme la piel, les daremos una piel nueva para que sientan el castigo. En verdad, Al-lah es Poderoso, Sabio.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

جن لوگوں نے ہماری آیات کا انکار کیا ہے ہم جلدی (ہی) انہیں آگ میں ڈالیں گے جب کبھی بھی ان کی کھالیں گل جائیں گی۔ ہم انہیں ان کے سوا اور کھالیں بدل کر دے دیں گے (اور ہم یہ) اس لئے (کریں گے) تا (کہ) وہ عذاب (کا مزا) چکھیں اللہ یقیناً غالب (اور) حکمت والا ہے۔

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

جن لوگوں نے ہماری آیات کو ماننے سے انکار کر دیا ہے انہیں بالیقین ہم آگ میں جھونکیں گے اور جب ان کے بدن کی کھال گل جائے گی تو اس کی جگہ دوسری کھال پیدا کر دیں گے تاکہ وہ خوب عذاب کا مزہ چکھیں، اللہ بڑی قدرت رکھتا ہے اور اپنے فیصلوں کو عمل میں لانے کی حکمت خوب جانتا ہے

English - Sahih

Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses - We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through We will replace them with other skins so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might and Wise.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

بے شک جن لوگو ں نے ہماری آیتوں کا انکار کیا انہیں ہم آگ میں ڈال دیں گے جس وقت ان کی کھالیں جل جائیں گی تو ہم انکو اور کھالیں بدل دیں گے تاکہ عذاب چکھتے رہیں بے شک الله زبردست حکمت والا ہے

Indeed, those who disbelieved in Our Signs, soon We will burn them (in) a Fire. Every time are roasted their skins We will change their skins for other (than) that, so that they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Chinese Commentary ^*

اردہ تفصیرِ صغیر نوٹس ^*

English - Arberry

Surely those who disbelieve in Our signs -- We shall certainly roast them at a Fire; as often as their skins are wholly burned, We shall give them in exchange other skins, that they may taste the chastisement. Surely God is All-mighty, All-wise.

English - Maududi

Surely We shall cast those who reject Our signs into the Fire; and as often as their skins are burnt out, We shall give them other skins in exchange that they may fully taste the chastisement. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

English - Ahmed Ali

And those who disbelieve Our revelations shall be cast into Hell; and when their skin is burnt up and singed, We shall give them a new coat that they may go on tasting the agony of punishment, for God is all-mighty and all-wise.
