وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَآبَّةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ ۖ فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِى عَلَىٰ بَطْنِهِۦ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِى عَلَىٰ رِجْلَيْنِ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِى عَلَىٰٓ أَرْبَعٍ ۚ يَخْلُقُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And Allah has created every animal from water. Of them are some that go upon their bellies, and of them are some that go upon two feet, and among them are some that go upon four. Allah creates what He pleases. Surely, Allah has the power to do all that He pleases.

[a]And Allah has created every animal from water. Of them are some that go upon their bellies, and of them are some that go upon two feet, and among them are some that go upon four. Allah creates what He pleases. Surely, Allah has the power to do all that He pleases.[2626]

25:55.

Commentary:

This verse describes the nature and form of the progress of spiritual pilgrims to their destined goal. The progress of some of them is extremely slow. They creep and crawl to their destination. Others go quicker like animals that move on two legs, yet others go faster like four-legged animals. What is hinted at here is speed and not the method of locomotion. The four-legged animals are, as a rule, speedier of movement than the bipeds or the crawlers. The same is the case with the spiritual travellers.

[a]And Allah has created every animal from water. Of them are some that go upon their bellies, and of them are some that go upon two feet, and among them are some that go upon four.[2054] Allah creates what He pleases. Surely, Allah has the power to do all that He pleases.

25:55.

اور اللہ نے ہر چلنے پھرنے والے جاندار کو پانی سے پیدا کیا۔ پس ان میں سے ایسے بھی ہیں جو اپنے پیٹ کے بل چلتے ہیں اور ان میں سے ایسے بھی ہیں جو دو پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں اور ایسے بھی ہیں جو چار (پاؤں) پر چلتے ہیں۔ اللہ جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے۔ یقیناً اللہ ہر چیز پر جسے وہ چاہے دائمی قدرت رکھتا ہے۔

French

Et Allāh a créé chaque animal à partir de l’eau. Certains d’entre eux rampent sur leurs ventres, d’autres se déplacent sur deux pattes, et d’autres encore se déplacent sur quatre. Allāh crée ce qui Lui plaît. Assurément, Allāh a le pouvoir de faire tout ce qu’Il veut.

German

Und Allah hat jedes Lebewesen aus Wasser erschaffen. Unter ihnen sind manche, die auf ihren Bäuchen gehen, und unter ihnen sind manche, die auf zwei Beinen gehen, und unter ihnen sind manche, die auf vieren gehen. Allah schafft, was Er will. Wahrlich, Allah hat Macht über alle Dinge.

[a]安拉用水创造了一切动物, 其中有些用腹部行走的, 有些用两足行走的, 有些用四足行走的。[912]安拉创造他所意欲的, 安拉能做他所愿做的一切事情。

25:55.

这节经文描写精神旅行去目的地的方式及其性质。有些人的进步是极其缓慢的。他们是爬着去目的地的。另外一些人像两足动物那样前进得快些, 还有些人像四条腿的动物进步得更快些。这里暗示的是速度而不是行动的方法。四条腿的动物, 一般说来, 比两足的或爬行的动物运动要快些。精神旅行者的情况也是一样。

E Allah ha creato ogni animale dall'acqua. Tra essi ve ne sono alcuni che strisciano sui loro ventri, e tra essi ve ne sono alcuni che camminano su due piedi, e tra essi ve ne sono alcuni che camminano su quattro. Allah crea ciò che Gli piace. Di certo, Allah ha il potere di fare tutto quello che Gli piace.

Y Al‑lah ha creado a cada animal del agua. Entre ellos hay algunos que se arrastran sobre el vientre, otros que andan a dos patas y otros que andan sobre cuatro. Al‑lah crea lo que Le agrada. En verdad, Al‑lah. tiene el poder de hacer todo lo que Le place.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور اللہ نے ہر چلنے والے جانور کو پانی سے پیدا کیا ہے پس کچھ تو ایسے ہیں جو اپنے پیٹ پر چلتے ہیں اور کچھ ایسے ہیں جو (اپنے) دو پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں اور کچھ ایسے ہیں جو چار پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں۔ اللہ جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے اور اللہ ہر ایک چیز پر قادر ہے۔

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اور اللہ نے ہر جاندار ایک طرح کے پانی سے پیدا کیا، کوئی پیٹ کے بل چل رہا ہے تو کوئی دو ٹانگوں پر اور کوئی چار ٹانگوں پر جو کچھ وہ چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے، وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے

English - Sahih

Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

اور الله نے ہر جاندار کو پانی سے بنایا ہے سو بعض ان میں سے اپنےپیٹ کے بل چلتے ہیں اور بعض ان میں سے دو پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں اور اور بعض ان میں سے چار پاؤں پر چلتے ہیں الله جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے بے شک الله ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
