وَكَأَيِّن مِّنْ ءَايَةٍ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ يَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهَا وَهُمْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضُونَ

And how many a Sign is there in the heavens and the earth, which they pass by, turning away from it.

[a]And how many a Sign is there in the heavens and the earth, which they pass by, turning away from it.[1605]

21:33; 23:67.

Commentary:

The verse points to a fundamental difference between the attitude of a believer and a disbeliever. Whereas the former goes about with his eyes open and is ready to grasp the slightest divine hint, the latter behaves like a blind man, refusing to benefit even from clear and manifest signs. Both of them are endowed with identical faculties and natural powers, but whereas the believer makes proper use of them, the disbeliever does not.

English - Short Commentary Translation

[d]And how many a Sign is there in the heavens and the earth, which they pass by, turning away from it![1416]

21:33; 23:67.

The verse points to a fundamental difference between the attitude of a believer and a disbeliever. Whereas the believer goes about with his eyes open and is ready to grasp the slightest Divine hint, the disbeliever behaves like a blind man, refusing to benefit even from clear and manifest Signs.

Und wie viele Zeichen sind an den Himmeln und auf Erden, an denen sie vorübergehen, indem sie sich von ihnen abwenden!

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور آسمانوں اور زمین میں بہت سے نشان (موجود) ہیں جن کے پاس سے یہ لوگ ان سے اعراض کرتے ہوئے گذر جاتے ہیں۔

زمین اور آسمانوں میں کتنی ہی نشانیاں ہیں جن پر سے یہ لوگ گزرتے رہتے ہیں اور ذرا توجہ نہیں کرتے
