(تیرے اس رب کی طرف سے جو) آسمانوں اور زمین اور ان دونوں کے درمیان جو کچھ ہے ان سب کا رب ہے (اور) بے حد کرم کرنے والا ہے۔ وہ اس کے حضور میں (بلا اجازت) بات کرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھیں گے۔
