We would surely have seized him by the right hand,

Important Words:
یمین (right hand) is derived from یمن. They say یمن الرجل i.e. he came from the side of the man. یمن الله فلانًا means, God made him blessed. یمین means, blessing, good luck; power, strength, right side (Aqrab).
