That it may warn all who are alive,[2461] and that the decree of Allah may be fulfilled concerning the disbelievers.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

تاکہ وہ اسے ڈرائے جو زندہ ہو اور کافروں پر فرمان صادق آ جائے۔

Afin qu’il avertisse tous ceux qui sont vivants, et afin que le décret d’Allāh concernant les mécréants puisse être accompli.
