14:9
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And Moses said, ‘If you disbelieve, you and those who are in the earth all together, you can do no harm to God; verily, Allah is Self- Sufficient, Praiseworthy.’
English - Five Volume Translation
And Moses said, [a]‘If you disbelieve, you and those who are in the earth all together, you can do no harm to God; verily, Allah is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.’[1663]
31:13.
Commentary:
The verse represents Moses as saying that God’s sending down His guidance through His Prophets should not be taken to mean that the acceptance of Divine guidance by man in any way conduces to God’s own good. It is all for the good of man himself, for God is Self-Sufficient and above all needs.
English - Short Commentary Translation
